This is a physically active, customer-facing role where you'll provide on-site estimates, close sales, and remove unwanted items for our customers. We're hiring ambitious, outgoing and active individuals who are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences. Location: Smyrna, GA serving the greater Atlanta area Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $23–$30/hr+ ($11 base + Profit Sharing + Tips) including: - Overtime as needed Responsibilities: Provide on-site pricing and confidently close sales Load, lift, and remove items from homes and businesses Deliver exceptional customer service on every job Work efficiently with a team to complete daily routes Keep trucks clean and organized Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly Strong communication and customer service skills 21+ Years and older Valid driver's license Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Benefits: Paid training Advancement opportunities - We promote from within whenever possible!
