Assist with meeting or exceeding residents’ dining expectations. Ensure proper cleaning, storage, and availability of all dining services cookware, dishware, etc. Keep food prep, dining areas and/or dish room areas clean and sanitary. Maintain proper sanitation and safety procedures and high quality of food preparation and presentation.Critical Success FactorsWash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health and safety regulationsKeep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean, organized, and hazard-freeProperly store cleaned items and maintain sanitation standardsAssist with general kitchen cleaning duties (floors, surfaces, trash removal)Support dietary staff with light tasks as neededFollow all infection control and safety procedures specific to senior care environmentsMinimum QualificationsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to cleanliness and detailReliable, punctual, and team-orientedAbility to stand for long periods and lift to 40 lbs.Experience in food service, healthcare, or senior living preferred but not requiredWe are an equal opportunity employer.
