Regional Banking Leader — Emerging Middle Market

Fairygodboss is looking for a Region Manager for Commercial Banking in Charlotte, NC. This role requires a strong leader who will guide a team of over 40 bankers. You will be instrumental in driving revenue by cultivating client relationships and collaborating with various business sectors.
The ideal candidate has a decade of banking experience, comprehensive knowledge of the Carolinas, and exceptional communication skills. A bachelor's degree and management experience in a Commercial Bank are preferred.
