AquaLawn, a leading provider of premium lawn care solutions, is seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our Lawn Maintenance Team. As a Lawn Maintenance Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the beauty and health of our clients' lawns. Responsibilities:

Assist the lawn/landscape team leader in performing lawn or landscape maintenance duties. The lawn team member will mow, trim, blow, edge, weed, perform spring & fall clean-up. The landscape team member will perform most all aspects of the landscape industry including installation, mulching, trimming, grading and hydroseeding.
Operate a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to bed edgers, commercial mowers, blowers, dump trailers, chainsaws, line trimmers, snow blowers and, or plow trucks
Address clients' questions, comments, and concerns or refers clients to the Team Leader as appropriate
Assist with equipment maintenance and repair under supervision of the Team Leader
Perform other duties as required

Job Requirements:

One year experience in this or a related field is preferred
Willingness to work occasional (paid) overtime
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to waist level and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this nature
Have reliable transportation to and from work
Valid driver's license with minimal points
Work independently & with other team members
