Pest Control Technician – Location: Lovejoy, GA (Zip Code 30087-3450) We are seeking a hard‑working, innovative, detail‑oriented and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This full‑time position is located on the road in the area around Lovejoy, GA. The role reports to our office in Atlanta, GA once per week. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a team environment and excels at working individually. Compensation: $17.25 – $21.25 per hour plus uncapped bonuses (unique to us), and an annual incentive trip to the Circle of Excellence. Benefits Ability to make overtime Company vehicle that can be taken home nightly Company gas card provided Work outside in your local area Paid training Group Health, Dental, and Vision plans Pet insurance, Life insurance, and EAP benefits 401(k) with employer match up to 4% Paid holidays and paid time off Opportunity for advancement Appreciated company culture Company iPhone provided Responsibilities Run a daily route resolving customer pest concerns and issues Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order Keep accurate records of treatments provided Mix, apply, and work with pesticides following state and federal laws Act as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures Advise customers of potential problems Keep management informed of any problems encountered on service routes Maintain proper inventory of pesticides in usage Note: Assigned a route in your local area Carry a product backpack weighing approximately 50 lbs Work schedule includes every other Saturday Qualifications No experience necessary; we will train you A US driver’s license valid for a minimum of three years A clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than two moving violations in the past four years) Drug test and background check required for all new hires EEO Statement Aptive is an equal opportunity employer.
