Responsibilities
- Deliver direct care to CCU patients, including ventilator management, intracranial pressure monitoring, and hemodynamic monitoring.
- Assess patient status on an ongoing basis; interpret monitored data and respond to clinical changes and alarms promptly.
- Administer medications and titrate vasoactive infusions per physician orders; monitor for adverse effects.
- Manage invasive lines and specialized monitoring equipment; ensure proper line care, align ventilator settings with protocols, and document interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing teams, and other disciplines; participate in rounds and care planning; update charting and care plans accordingly.
- Maintain safety, infection control, and patient advocacy standards; document all assessments and interventions accurately in the charting system.

Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN license in hand at submission; conditional licenses accepted.
- Minimum 2 years CCU/ICU critical care experience.
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS current.
- Relevant clinical skills: ventilator management, intracranial pressure monitoring, hemodynamic monitoring.
- COVID-19 vaccination with current booster (no exemptions).
- SSN and DOB required for submission; ability to work in a CCU environment in Pittsfield, MA.
