Receptionist/Billing Support
Kelly is looking for a Receptionist/Billing Support to work five to six hours a day at a leading provider of industrial cleaning equipment in Waukesha, WI. Let us help you grow at work and discover the next step in your career, all while being a vital part of your community.
Snapshot: Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour, paid weekly Part time Hours: MondayFriday, part-time (56 hrs/day) then once full-time schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM4:30 PM
What's a typical day as Receptionist/Billing Support? You'll be:
- Answering incoming phone calls professionally as the first point of contact (low call volume)
- Handling customer billing and invoicing using QuickBooks Desktop (training provided; possible future transition to online)
- Processing handwritten service tickets, applying payments, and assisting with light collections
- Managing vendor bills, inventory tasks, and basic email correspondence
- Interacting with drivers and commercial customers
- Covering for staff vacations and absences as needed
- Collaborating within a supportive team environmentnever left on your own
