Leverage your expertise to shape the future of investment distribution.Job DescriptionVice President, National Accounts OverviewThe Vice President, National Accounts will drive strategic growth through alternative investment product placement and management within key RIA and independent broker dealer relationships.Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to implement top-down sales initiatives and enhance client engagement strategies.Develop and execute client business plans, monitor their success, and align efforts with organizational goals.Lead research engagement initiatives to deliver industry-leading due diligence experiences and maintain alignment on strategic placement and industry trends.Cultivate trust-based relationships with research teams, analysts, and operational leaders to enhance collaboration and client satisfaction.Coordinate product and platform rollouts with internal and external partners to maximize sales opportunities.Document client-focused activities in CRM systems and maintain active SWOT documentation for key clients.Support field-based sales efforts through the development of key client collateral in collaboration with marketing teams.Travel up to 50% to support key client relationships and business development activities.Vice President, National Accounts Key Responsibilities & DutiesDevelop and execute strategies for alternative investment product placement within RIA and independent broker dealer ecosystems.Collaborate with research teams to align on views, pipeline strategies, and industry trends.Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at strategic firms.Coordinate with internal and external partners for product rollouts and maximize sales opportunities.Document client activities and maintain comprehensive contact routines to strengthen relationships.Lead direct selling efforts to increase sales and asset retention through consultative relationship management.Develop client-focused collateral and marketing initiatives to support sales efforts.Participate in harmonizing strategies and tactics for distribution opportunities and initiatives.Monitor and analyze the success of client business plans and adjust strategies accordingly.Vice President, National Accounts Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; advanced degrees are advantageous.10+ years of experience in placing complex products within RIA and independent firm ecosystems.Series 7 and 63 licenses are mandatory for this role.Proficiency in alternative investment products and asset classes is essential.Strong leadership, communication, and consultative sales skills are required.Ability to influence, persuade, and build consensus across diverse stakeholders.Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is preferred.Willingness to travel extensively for client support and business development activities.Marketing and analytical skills to implement strategic plans and enhance client engagement.
