Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and organized Installation Coordinator to support our installation team and ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. Responsibilities include setting up new jobs, ordering large equipment, tracking submittals, creating work orders, preparing closeout/job binders, and coordinating billing, including AIA and time-and-material invoices. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and typing skills, be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Sage accounting software, and be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

1. Installation coordinator with Mike

2. Setups new jobs

3. Orders large equipment orders

4. Asks for submittals and keep track of submittals

5. Makes up end of job binders and sends them out in email or mails booklet out

6. Billing for installation

7. AIA form sheet filled out and send with billing information

8. Time and material billing

9. Create work orders for the guys

10. Work with word, excel and Sage is our accounting package

11. Good communication skills and typing skills

12. Long term employment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of ALLENTOWN, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
