Part Time Warehouse Associate Intern

Summary: Under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager, the Warehouse Personnel will receive incoming inventory deliveries, verify shipment paperwork, enter inventory into the system, pull and pack inventory to fulfill customer orders, create packing slips, labels, schedule carriers, follow up on the order status with internal and external customers via phone and email, manage inventory counts, identify discrepancies, conduct investigations, coordinate freight pick-ups and deliveries for time-sensitive orders, including cost analysis and handling claims, utilize Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word) for various tasks, perform light instrument technician duties, servicing instruments and safety equipment.

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Intern include, but are not limited to:

• Repackaging inventory
• Shipping and receiving
• Putting up stock
• Staging inventory
• Order and transfer picking
• Cycle counting

Qualifications of the Warehouse Intern include, but are not limited to:

• Strong computer skills preferred, but not required
• Basic math skills

Additional Details:

• Pay: $13/hour
• Physical Demand: Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
