Customer Service Specialist

Role OverviewAs a Customer Service Support Specialist, you will be a primary point of contact for our customers pre- and post-sale. You will combine strong administrative skills with high-level customer interaction, handling everything from order entry and quotes to internal coordination with our production teams.The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.Key Responsibilities:Order & Quote Management: Accurately enter sales orders, process product quotes, and calculate shipping costs.Production Coordination: Follow up directly with the Production department to track orders and ensure promised shipping dates are consistently met.Service & Support: Assign RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) numbers for incoming service requests.Customer Interaction: Assist customers with product inquiries, offering friendly, professional support across phone and written communications.Administrative Operations: Execute day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and system record updates.Qualifications & Work ExperienceCommunication Skills: Impeccable verbal and written English communication skills, including a strong command of grammar, spelling, and professional tone.Technical & System Savvy: Comfortable utilizing modern Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (experience with Sage 100 is a plus, though not required).Soft Skills: Friendly and professional demeanor, comfortable handling phone inquiries, strong attention to detail, and a team-player attitude.Task Management: Highly organized with the ability to multitask, organize paperwork, and re-prioritize responsibilities as needed. xhyhwjd Industry Experience (Plus): Prior experience in a manufacturing, high-tech, industrial, or exporting environment is helpful.
