Entry Level Recruiter

We are currently looking for an Entry Level Recruiter to join our team in our Braintree office. This is an excellent professional opportunity for a self-starting, hardworking and organized person who is well spoken and enjoys working with people. 0-3 years of experience preferred Job responsibilitie s include working with the sales staff to evaluate client needs, run searches, network with candidates, build relationships with people looking for career opportunities and find quality candidates to present to clients with a high standard of customer service and follow through. Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualification Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualification Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting candidates using newsgroups and job sites. (Monster, Career Builder, LinkedIn, engineering.com, etc Heavy Phone work- screening candidates for positions nationwide Seeks, interviews, assesses, reference checks and places contract employees that completely satisfy the client requirement Builds sales prospect pool through careful applicant G2’s, Internet research, and networking Communicates with account managers regarding specific job orders, candidate submittal Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring manager, business leaders and H Work closely with Hiring Managers/Account Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process Plays an active role in developing goals for new Recruiters though leadership and guidance Ensures all hiring paperwork is filled out thoroughly and all required screening protocols are completed including E-verify and I-9 for all new hires as well as, drug tests and background checks when required by the client About you We are looking for a person with: Effective Prioritization and Goal Orientation A High Energy Level and Motivation If you feel that we are describing you, and you are looking for a technical recruiting position or is someone who loves interacting with people and you have a background in recruiting or the customer service industry, you may be the person we are looking fo r! The anticipated salary range for this position is between$38,880and$71,280. Salary may be determined based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
