Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Mental Fitness Masters Hub, you'll play a vital role in creating and implementing effective treatment strategies for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough clinical assessments to gather detailed patient histories, which guide the development of individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.

  • Utilizing a wide range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy, to address various mental health issues.

  • Collaborating closely with educational staff and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and create a comprehensive support system for each student.

  • Maintaining accurate, confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA guidelines to ensure the privacy and protection of client information.

  • Participating in weekly peer supervision meetings, case consultations, and continuing education workshops to enhance your skills and ensure high-quality care delivery.

  • Offering guidance and educational resources to students and parents on mental health topics, therapeutic options, and available community support services.

In this role, you will primarily work with children and adolescents in a school setting. Qualifications\n
