Regional Sales Manager, Title and Escrow (Fully Remote)

Strategic sales leadership role driving revenue growth and market expansion across Colorado and Utah. Lead a team of title and escrow sales professionals to consistently deliver growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute regional growth strategy to increase revenue, market share, and client acquisition. Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing sales talent while building a leadership pipeline. Use pipeline management, forecasting, and data-driven insights to improve execution. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of title and escrow sales leadership experience. Minimum 5 years of consultative title and escrow sales experience. Strong knowledge of consultative selling methodologies, including SPIN Selling. Remote position based in Colorado. Significant leadership scope across sales strategy and talent development. Travel opportunities throughout Colorado and Utah.
