Technical Project ManagerManages a team of engineers while owning the planning, execution, and delivery of specific technical project areas. This role blends day-to-day people leadership — hiring, coaching, and performance management — with hands-on technical ownership, translating architecture and roadmap direction from the Director, Technology into actionable team plans. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Manage, coach, and develop a team of engineers, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career growth planning.Own the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned technical project areas, translating architecture and roadmap direction from the Director, Technology into actionable team plans.Set priorities and assign work across the team, balancing delivery timelines, technical quality, and team capacity.Partner with product, business, and cross-functional technology stakeholders to scope requirements and remove delivery blockers.Apply agile and DevOps practices to plan sprints, run stand-ups and retrospectives, and track progress against KPIs.Provide hands-on technical guidance and design/code review to ensure solutions meet architecture, security, and quality standards.Identify risks and technical debt within assigned project areas and proactively escalate and resolve issues.Report on progress, budget, and resource needs for assigned technical areas to the Director, Technology.Directly manages a team of engineers, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and career development.
