Mini Bar Attendant

Primary function of this role is to manage guests' minibar items.

This position reports to the Food & Beverage Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

• Stock and re-stock guests' minibar items.
• Ensure organization and maintain an orderly work environment.
• Maintain seamless communication with the Housekeeping and Guest Services teams.
• Accurately record guest consumption and post room charges.
• Adhere to The Dewberry's luxury service standards.
• Respect guest privacy and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods of time.
• High school diploma/GED required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office preferred.
