This includes the base rate, shift differential, overtime, retention and production bonuses./ppThere are additional ways to earn including referral bonuses and mentoring incentives./ppPosition is full-time with benefits!/pp2nd Shift/pp8 hour shift schedule: Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm/pp9 hour shift schedule: Monday - Thursday Night shift - 3pm - 12:30pm Friday Night shift - 2pm to 10:30pm Mandatory alternating Saturdays Night shift - 2pm to 10:30pm/pp*Must be able to work all shift schedules/ppESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/pulliOperate machinery according to standard operating procedures./liliMonitor production output and quality to meet specifications./liliOperate overhead cranes for efficient material handling./liliOperate 1 machine (Stud machine, Bridging Stacker, Stacker and Painters)./liliPerform routine maintenance on machines and equipment as required./liliMaintain a clean and organized work area./liliAdhere to safety protocols./liliPerform other duties as assigned by supervisor./liliRegular, reliable, punctual and consistent attendance.
