Position Health Center Staff Essential Duties ヘルスセンター事務全般（電話対応を含む）

ケガ・病気の生徒の医療機関受診の付き添い・電話予約・問い合わせ等

ナース業務補助（医療関係の資格・経験は必要なし）

病気や体調不良でヘルスセンターに滞在する生徒の補助（医療行為以外）

Working Hours, Working style 勤務時間：下記いずれか

月曜日から金曜日の午前９時から午後３時まで（５時間勤務、１時間の無給ランチタイム含む）

月曜日から金曜日の午後１時から午後６時（５時間勤務、ランチ休憩なし）

Working Location Purchase, NY 10577 Salary, Benefit $19-$21/h ( 経験に応じて相談可） Holidays Sat Sun National Holidays

※学校の行事等で土日勤務をお願いする場合もありますが任意となります。

※冬休み（12/18-1/7 暫定日程）はお休みとなります。

※春休み、夏休みは通常勤務です。

Qualifications ビジネスレベルの日本語能力（読み書き）

英語で意思の疎通ができる（読み書き）

生徒・保護者と円滑なコミュニケーションが可能（守秘義務遵守）

必要に応じて残業・土日出勤可能（応相談）

Gmail、エクセル・ワード・パワーポイントなどの基本的なPCスキルがある

保険事務の経験がある、もしくは興味がある

実務経験があり、事務処理が正確かつ迅速にでき、状況に応じて臨機応変に対応可能

業務上の指示や内容を的確に把握し、周囲の者との協調性を重んじて業務遂行できる
