Position Overview

Join a supportive, entirely outpatient primary care role tailored for physicians seeking meaningful connections with patients, diverse clinical experiences, and a healthy work-life balance. This position features a consistent four-day workweek, no hospital duties, no after-hours calls, and a manageable patient load of around 25-30 individuals daily. Work Schedule & Patient Load

• Clinic Hours: Monday to Friday

• Physician Schedule: 4 shifts per week (10 hours each), giving you a built-in 3-day weekend most weeks!

• Patient Volume: Approximately 25-30 patients daily, with each visit lasting 20 minutes

• No hospital consultations, inpatient duties, or after-hours calls

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered primary care

• Oversee chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and COPD

• Diagnose and address acute issues during same-day appointments

• Conduct common in-office procedures using modern technology

• Collaborate with a supportive care team to ensure a smooth workflow

Qualifications We Seek

• MD or DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine

• Active (or eligible) state medical license

• A collaborative team player with a dedication to patient care

• Excellent communicator who excels in a cooperative, outpatient environment
