We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Bilingual Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent across diverse industries while leveraging your bilingual skills to connect with a broader candidate pool. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication abilities, expertise in full cycle recruiting, and experience in high-volume and technical recruiting environments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to organizational growth by identifying and securing exceptional candidates through innovative sourcing strategies and relationship management.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive candidate sourcing using various channels including social media marketing (recruitment), HR sourcing tools, and talent management software.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial outreach and cold calling to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiting agencies to ensure alignment of hiring needs.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Lever or Avionte to track candidate progress and ensure compliance with employment law in talent management.
• Lead recruitment efforts for high-volume roles, technical positions, and openings through targeted research and strategic outreach.
• Ensure HR legal compliance throughout the recruitment process by adhering to employment law regulations and internal policies.
• Implement innovative sourcing techniques, including social media marketing campaigns, to generate candidate leads and increase employer brand visibility.
• Support employee orientation, evaluation, and development programs by providing timely candidate insights.

Experience

• Proven experience in full cycle recruiting with a focus on high-volume recruitment across multiple industries.
• Strong negotiation skills demonstrated through successful candidate placement and offer management.
• Knowledge of employment law related to talent acquisition and HR legal compliance practices.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and another language; ability to effectively engage diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships through relationship management techniques and social media marketing (recruitment).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
