Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic chemical and petrochemical location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license. You will also deliver strong customer service and communication while supporting a caring culture built on agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, operational areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and report policy violations, suspicious behavior, and other security-related concerns according to post instructions.
• Support access control, traffic direction, and incident response needs during routine operations, deliveries, maintenance activity, and/or changing site conditions common to an industrial location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
