Application Architect (.NET)

$140000 - $180000 A growing, established organization in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a full-time Application Architect to support and evolve a mission‑critical .NET platform. This role is 100% onsite and works across desktop and web technologies, primarily within the Microsoft ecosystem. This is an opportunity to join a company that is modernizing its technology environment after years of organic, in‑house development. The right candidate will play a key role in stabilizing existing systems while introducing scalable architecture and best practices. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding complex systems before improving them and can balance hands‑on engineering with strategic thinking.
