Job Title Senior Accountant Company High-End Trading Firm Location Chicago, IL (Hybrid - 4 days onsite) Employment Type Full-Time, Permanent/Direct Hire Base Pay Range $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year Additional Compensation Types Annual Bonus 20% of base salary. Benefits Annual incentive and a benefits package to all full‑time employees including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 15% 401(k) retirement plan match, health savings accounts, etc. Key Responsibilities Perform/review monthly, quarterly, and annual general ledger close processes Assist with AP Initiate cash transfers and review balances Perform/review balance sheet reconciliations Fixed asset management, lease obligations, purchase orders, and cost allocations Record capital and operating leases Assist in preparing annual audited financial statements Provide support on regulatory filings Key Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance CPA Minimum 3–5 years of experience auditing trading or broker‑dealer clients Seniority Level Associate Job Function Accounting/Auditing Industries Venture Capital and Private Equity Principals and Financial Services Inferred from the description for this job Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Paid maternity leave Paid paternity leave Student loan assistance Tuition assistance #J-18808-Ljbffr Connect Search, LLC
