What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Must have credentials evaluated by one of these: FCCPT, ICD, ICA, IERF or IEC.
• Current state license in good standing with the State License Board.
• Active Oregon Physical Therapist license.

What You'll Do:

• Provide physical therapy in a school-based setting.
• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver goal-aligned therapy.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams.
• Maintain compliant documentation per district, state, and federal guidelines.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday-Friday.
• Expected hours: 40 hours per week.
• Setting includes birth to age 3 home visits and ages 3-5 preschool.
• Candidates are paid for hours worked. No pay for school holidays or closings.
