Recovery Specialist - Per Diem Program/Location: Substance Use Clinical Stabilization Services (CSS)/ Brockton

Shift: Friday & Saturday, 2nd shift

High Point has programs located throughout Southeastern Massachusetts offering a full continuum of care for substance use and mental health treatment, including inpatient, outpatient, residential, and community-based services. Programs and services also assist survivors of abuse, violence, and families experiencing homelessness. High Point believes that everyone has inherent goodness, worth, and dignity. - Applicants should have knowledge of substance use disorders & mental health conditions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, & boundaries
- Facilitate & document groups discussions
- Complete client admission documentation
- Complete property searches, monitor clients while maintaining a therapeutic, safe, & calm unit
- Observation & accounting of patients at all times insuring safety (hourly checks w/ documentation)
- Escorting patients to meals & fresh air breaks
- Attends required meetings & mandatory trainings
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent GED
- 403b - Retirement
