POSITION DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative at Dave Jones, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers within our Service & Remodel Segment. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent support and information concerning our services. Your effective communication and problem-solving skills will help build trust and relationships with our clients.COMPENSATION:
Hourly wage is set between $23.00 and $26.00 per hour, dependent on experienceESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and our portal with professionalism and courtesy Provide accurate information regarding services and assist customers in placing requests Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner to enhance customer satisfaction Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions Collaborate with various departments to provide seamless service Leverage ServiceTitan softwareSCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday7:30AM - 4:00PM
