Responsibilities Create a relaxed destination – Process store merchandise to the selling floor, replenish inventory, and provide product knowledge for our guests. Set the course – In partnership with the Stock Coordinator, take responsibility for daily stock room operation; ensure shipping supply levels are neat, orderly, and maintain an accessible storage area for incoming and outbound products. Build the perfect oasis – Process all inbound and outbound shipments accurately and timely in accordance with Retail Operations Policies and Procedures. Onboard your crew – Actively participate in all store‑related meetings, generate reports, and communicate inventory‑related inquiries or discrepancies. Qualifications 2+ years of guest service and stock experience. Highly organized and consistently strive for efficiency. Strong communication skills and comfort working with numbers. Natural collaborator who identifies opportunities and takes initiative. High school diploma or GED. Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business. Physical Requirements Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently. Bending, stooping, and kneeling required frequently. Climbing ladders frequently. Routine standing for duration of shift (up to 8 hours). Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Compensation Rate range: $15.00 (minimum wage) to $21.00 per hour. Pay varies based on experience, knowledge, skill set, work location, and available budget.
