Preschool Cook
The Goddard School of Cypress (Bridgeland), TX is seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Cook to join our team. As a member of our school, you will have the opportunity to create healthy and delicious meals for our young students in a supportive and nurturing environment. Ideal candidate would be able to assist with bus runs to nearby elementary schools and pick up any required food orders.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for children
- Follow all health and safety guidelines for food preparation and storage
- Collaborate with the school director and teachers to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Contribute to menu planning and special event meal preparation
Requirements:
- Prior experience in food preparation, preferably in a childcare setting
- Knowledge of nutrition and dietary needs for young children
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary food handling certifications
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for creating healthy and appealing meals for children
