- Jul 19-20, 22-25, 26-27

- Jul 29 - Aug 3
•Shift Schedule: 7a-7a

- Min 3 24-hr shifts

- Occasional 12-hr shifts
•Patient Volume: 4 (ED), 4 (IP)
•Support Staff: 4 APPs, 2 RNs, 1 CNA
•Support Services: Radiology, Laboratory, Rehabilitation Services, Infusion Service, & Ambulatory Surgery
•Lab, Pharmacy, & Medical Imaging Onsite
•Beds in the Dept: 3
•EMR: TogetherCare (EPIC)
•Other Info: No supervision required
•Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
•Active IA License or IMLC
•BC in EM, or FM/IM with EM experience
•Clean record
