The Senior Studio Lead is an elevated Studio Lead position that serves as an extension of the General Manager —creating exceptional client experiences, supporting our instructors, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Drive Sales & Retention

• Partner with the General Manager and studio team to achieve membership, retention, utilization, and revenue goals.

• Support studio sales initiatives, promotions, and community events that generate leads and drive membership growth.

Deliver Exceptional Client Experiences

• Deliver exceptional client experiences by modeling premium hospitality, building strong client relationships, and, when certified or eligible to complete JETSET instructor certification, supporting the studio through class instruction as needed.

• Deliver a five-star first-visit experience by welcoming new clients, orienting them to the studio and class experience, anticipating their needs, and following up after class to help them feel confident and connected.

Drive Operational Excellence

• Elevate Studio Lead performance through real-time coaching, hands-on development, and consistent reinforcement of JETSET standards.

• Create stronger day-to-day execution by serving as a trusted resource, solving routine issues, and helping the team operate confidently and independently.

• Protect consistency across the studio by identifying recurring gaps in performance, training, or execution and partnering with the General Manager to address them.

AVAILABILITY

• Expected Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday, approximately 35–40 hours per week, with flexibility based on studio needs and events.

• Flexibility to support occasional coverage needs and local marketing/community activations is an important component of the role.
