What You’ll Be DoingAs a Host/Hostess, you’ll be the first friendly face our guests see when they walk through the door. Your role is essential in setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
- Greeting guests warmly and ensuring they feel welcome.
- Managing reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Communicating wait times and accommodating guest preferences.
- Assisting the team with maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Collaborating with servers and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
