Job Description Role Senior Product Manager responsible for shaping and delivering Conversational AI, Enterprise Search, and Digital Support experiences (chat, voice, search, help content) across web and mobile. The role focuses on strategy, execution, AI quality and safety, cross-functional leadership, release management, and hands‑on prototyping. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship and will be expected to work on site in the specified location(s).
