As a Customer Relations Representative with the Kathy Miller/Roger Kruel State Farm Insurance Agency, you will be the first point of contact and generate exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people will make you a good fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with agency team members, and anticipating the needs of community members. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. Assist with customer retention strategies. Take payments in person and over the phone. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS Strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Self‑starter who can make decisions independently. Experience in customer service. Office experience is a must. Ability to handle high‑stress situations calmly. Position is part-time.
