Job Posting End Date08-11-2026Please note the job posting will close on the day before the posting end date.Job Summary The Business Process Analyst Lead / Principal (Advanced) will play a lead role in performing analysis and providing insights leveraging process data from across AEP, with particular focus in Distribution Operations. This role will be engaged in subsequent process improvement and value realization measurement, including KPI / metric development and monitoring in collaboration with business partners. The role will work closely with business partners to understand KPIs and the supporting frameworks for the purposes of sustainability.Job DescriptionWhat You'll Do: Lead analysis and create insights leveraging enterprise process data. Develop and measure subsequent KPIs in collaboration with the business unit to measuring ongoing value to AEP.Use technology to create process workflows and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
