About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Commercial to lead its global commercial organization and drive sustainable revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing global commercial strategies, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring alignment between customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives. This executive will also be accountable for global revenue generation, market expansion, and overall commercial performance. The role requires a minimum of 15 years of progressive commercial leadership experience within a related industry, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets. The SVP, Commercial will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team and partner with various functions to support the company's strategic goals and deliver exceptional value to customers worldwide. Candidates for the SVP, Commercial position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree being preferred. Essential skills include strong business and financial acumen, exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence executive leadership. The role demands a leader with a strong understanding of drug discovery, preclinical development, and pharmaceutical R&D outsourcing, as well as experience in developing commercial strategies and customer engagement models. The ideal candidate will have experience in global commercial organizations, be adept at leading cross-functional teams, and have a background in marketing, product management, or commercial operations.
