About Us
ProAbition Whiskey Lounge & Restaurant is a high-energy, guest-focused restaurant and bar in the heart of Downtown Riverside. We pride ourselves on great food, craft drinks, and a team that works together to create an exceptional experience for every guest.
Position Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will provide a warm welcome, manage reservations and wait times, and help ensure smooth flow of service.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival
- Manage waitlists and reservations
- Escort guests to tables and provide menus
- Communicate clearly with servers and management regarding seating
- Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance
- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive first impression
Qualifications
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Previous host or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Schedule Requirements
- Availability for nights, weekends, and possibly holidays is required
