If you enjoy multitasking, staying busy, and making people feel genuinely cared for, this role was made for you.You'll work in a welcoming, team-oriented environment where no two days are the same and where your contributions are seen, valued, and appreciated.What You'll Be DoingDeliver exceptional guest service by warmly greeting, assisting, and thanking every guest with professionalism and enthusiasmListen carefully to guest needs and recommend floral products and services that best fit each occasionHandle cashiering duties with confidence by processing payments, verifying orders, and ensuring merchandise is beautifully prepared before wrappingAnswer incoming phone calls within three rings and respond to text and email messages within two hoursConduct guest follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationshipsProvide daily activity updates to leadership and support sales effortsKeep floral displays full, fresh, and visually appealing based on current promotionsWater and care for plants and floral floor arrangementsAssist with daily, weekly, and monthly inventory countsProvide elevated service to VIP guestsSupport other departments as neededMaintain a clean, professional phone center, sales floor, workstations, and parking areaWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)Friendly, confident communication skills and basic math abilityA positive, professional attitude with a strong guest-first mindsetAbility to stand and walk throughout the entire shift and lift up to 25 poundsComfort working with computers, phones, and in cool environments such as flower coolersReliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learnGrow With UsWe offer ongoing training, a supportive and encouraging team environment, and real opportunities to grow your skills and career.
