ROLE DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Relations Representative to join our team.

This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating with customers, staying organized, and working as part of a supportive team. You'll help create a positive customer experience by answering questions, assisting with service needs, following up with customers, and helping our office stay connected and responsive.

We're looking for someone who is personable, professional, calm under pressure, and willing to learn.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist customers with questions and general service needs
• Respond to customer calls, messages, and follow-up requests
• Help resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
• Assist with customer retention and follow-up
• Coordinate with other team members to make sure customer needs are handled
• Help create a positive and welcoming experience for every customer
• Support the team with additional office and customer service tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and dependable
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to manage multiple tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Able to remain calm and professional during difficult conversations
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
• Bilingual Spanish

Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
