Student Success Assistant - PT

Job Title

To assist Student Success Services in helping students complete enrollment steps and registrations process.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Contacting students by phone and email, registering students, and helping students with information and guidance on completing various enrollment steps.

2. Assistance with data and research and special communication and registration projects as well as the online New Student Orientation and Orientation Encore sessions.

Minimum Requirements and Preferred Qualifications

Associate degree and six months of work experience in a college, customer service, or administrative working environment and/or 3 years of experience in a college, customer service, or administrative working environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Worker Characteristics

Detailed knowledge of college processes relating to students

Familiarity with student services offered by the college

Technology skills

Communication skills

Academic Skills

Ability to provide consistently high-quality customer service

Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds

Ability to work productively with many different college teams on behalf of students
