• Pay package discussed upon application
• Competitive salary: $100,588 to $143,769 annually, commensurate with experience

What You’ll Do:

• Provide expert perioperative and ICU care for cardiothoracic surgery patients
• Assist in complex cardiac surgeries, including endoscopic vein harvesting and surgical procedures
• Manage patient care in CVICU, hospital floors, and clinics
• Conduct patient rounds, evaluations, and develop care plans
• Perform bedside procedures and interpret lab and diagnostic results
• Prescribe medications and ensure accurate documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Stay current with ongoing CME and maintain clinical skills
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility and problem-solving skills

What You Need:

• Valid PA licensure in Colorado
• At least 3 years of cardiac or cardiovascular surgery experience and ICU patient management
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and teamwork orientation
• Ability to operate independently under physician supervision
