About the Role
The Company is in search of a visionary Senior Vice President (SVP) for Global Go-To-Market (GTM) in the Security Business. This role is pivotal in building market credibility, leading the scaling of enterprise awareness, and driving the adoption of the company's security portfolio. The SVP will be responsible for defining the company's presence in the security market, establishing why enterprise buyers should choose their solutions, and generating the executive access and momentum that is essential for net revenue retention and adoption. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in growing a security business, with a focus on top-down enterprise adoption and a deep understanding of cybersecurity, including ZTNA, SSE/SASE, enterprise browser security, and AI security. They must be adept at engaging with C-level executives, particularly CISOs, and have the ability to articulate the company's security story in a compelling manner. Key responsibilities for the SVP include executive engagement, market credibility, thought leadership, technology adoption, business strategy, and team leadership. The role demands a leader who can translate the security portfolio's value into market presence, executive relationships, and sustained technology adoption. The SVP will also be tasked with building and scaling global implementation services capabilities, as well as recruiting and retaining a high-performing, diverse global team. A strong background in enterprise technology GTM, business development, or field leadership, with a focus on cybersecurity, is essential. The successful candidate will be expected to operate in a matrixed organization, influence across various functions, and work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent security messaging.
