Located in Fort Worth, TX Salary: $20-25/hr CAD Designer / Drafter Location: North Fort Worth, TX Shift: Monday-Friday | 1st Shift Pay: $20-$25/hour DOE Position Overview A manufacturing company in North Fort Worth is hiring a CAD Designer / Drafter. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone with CAD experience who wants to build a career in manufacturing and learn CNC programming. Responsibilities- Create and revise CAD drawings for production
- Update existing drawings and prepare new layouts
- Work with engineering and production on new and existing products
- Assist with prototype designs
- Learn CNC programming and laser nesting
- High School Diploma or GED
- CAD certificate or equivalent experience
- Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software
- Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings
- CNC programming or laser nesting experience is a plus
