Job Title: STEPS Phlebotomist

Work Location: Hazard, KY

Salary Range: $28/hr

Type of Position: Temporary

Position Time Status: Part-Time

Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5p. Approximately two days per week, although some weeks may require more or fewer hours depending on enrollment. Given the time constraints for completing this study, we anticipate a range of about 1030 hours per week.

Job Summary: Phlebotomist to complete the majority of study activities and blood draws.

Physical Requirements: Stand, walk and sit for long periods of time, working with sharp instruments, ability to lift and carry objects
