Job OverviewA law firm seeks a Corporate Associate specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions to join their practice in Indianapolis, Indiana. The ideal candidate will have three to six years of experience in corporate law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Duties Lead due diligence teams and manage specialists. Draft transaction documents with precision. Handle multiple assignments with minimal supervision. Requirements Three to six years of experience in corporate law. Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions. Excellent writing skills and superior academic credentials. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admitted to practice law in the state of Indiana. Skills Strong leadership and team management abilities.
