Software Engineer IIKavaliro is seeking a Software Engineer II to support a client in Fort Meade, MD. We are seeking a Software/Data Engineer with strong experience supporting analytic workflows and data processing frameworks in a classified, mission-focused environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with GhostMachine analytics, Java-based application development, and dataflow orchestration tools, and is comfortable supporting enterprise processes and stakeholder coordination.Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and support analytics using GhostMachineBuild and support data processing solutions using the Portable Map Reduce (PMR) frameworkDevelop and maintain applications using Java, Spring Framework, and Spring BootDesign and support dataflows using NiFi and Notifier Support the AVP process and represent analytic efforts to AVG as requiredUse GitLab for source control and CI/CD workflowsLeverage Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) for tracking, documentation, and collaborationRequired Qualifications:Experience with GhostMachine analyticsExperience with Portable Map Reduce (PMR) frameworkStrong Java development experience, including Spring and Spring Boot Hands-on experience with NiFi and NotifierFamiliarity with AVP processes and representing work to AVGExperience using GitLab and the Atlassian tool suiteAbility to work fully onsite in a secure environmentActive TS/SCI w Full Scope PolygraphLocation:Fort Meade, MDThis position is onsite and there is no remote availabilityClearance Requirement:Candidates must have an active TS/SCI security clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph.Applicant MUST hold a permanent U.S. citizenship for this position in accordance with government contract requirements.Kavaliro provides Equal Employment Opportunities to all employees and applicants.
