Job Title: Skilled Laborer
Location: Pineville, La
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour


Job Description:


We are seeking general laborers to join our experienced and dedicated team in a fast-paced, manufacturing facility. As a key member of the crew, you will assist with various tasks to ensure smooth daily operations, including the handling of raw materials, equipment, and finished products. The ideal candidate should be reliable, have a strong work ethic, and be able to work collaboratively with the team.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with loading and unloading lumber and materials.
  • Operate basic machinery under supervision (training will be provided).
  • Prepare and organize materials for production.
  • Maintain clean and safe work areas by removing debris and waste.
  • Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
  • Support team members in other duties as needed, ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Participate in facility maintenance activities as required.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly to supervisors.
