- 8 am - 5 pm clinic hours
- 16-20 patients per shift
- 60% clinic, 10% hospital, 30% procedures/surgeries
- 1:2 or 1:3 call ratio with 15-minute response
- Robotic surgery and laparoscopic procedures required
- Adult and pediatric populations
- General urology with advanced procedures
