We’re looking for an HVAC Purchasing Agent to join our team and help ensure our customers and technicians have the parts and equipment they need, when they need them.This is a great opportunity for someone who is knowledgeable about HVAC parts and equipment, highly organized, comfortable with technology, and enjoys working with both customers and suppliers. What You’ll Do

• Create and submit accurate purchase orders (POs) for parts, materials, and equipment.
• Track orders from the time they are placed through delivery and expedite orders when needed .
• Research and source hard-to-find parts and equipment.
• Review parts diagrams and technical data sheets to ensure the correct items are ordered.
• Keep customers updated on the status of their parts and provide clear, timely communication.
• Coordinate and schedule parts installations with customers and the appropriate teams.
• Manage and update tasks within ServiceTitan CRM .
• Work closely with Install Managers, Service Managers, and Dispatchers to keep jobs moving forward.
• Assist with warranty and RMA processes .
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

What We’re Looking For

• Knowledge of HVAC parts, materials, and equipment .
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using technology and working in Service Titan CRM .
• Familiarity with warranty and RMA processes .
• Ability to read and understand technical data sheets and parts diagrams .
• Strong research and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to find and obtain hard-to-find parts and equipment.
• Ability to build positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Forklift certification is a plus, but not required.

Schedule This is a full-time, in-office position in 58 Hospital Street   Carbondale, PA.
