Inpatient Preop RN: Patient Care & Coordination

UMMC is seeking an experienced RN for inpatient preoperative care on the Main Campus Jackson. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care, coordinate admissions, educate patients and families, and liaise with case managers and home health teams. Responsibilities include maintaining patient records, coordinating referrals, serving as a preceptor, and participating in committees to enhance patient care. This is a full-time, on-site role with rotating shifts. #J-18808-Ljbffr ummc
