Job Summary: Tryfacta is seeking a LPN - LTC for our client in Grand Island, NE 68803 . This is a 13-week contract assignment. Position Title: LPN - LTC Location: Grand Island, NE 68803 Duration: 13 weeks (Possible extension) Work Schedule: 12 hrs. (Day) Guaranteed Hours: 36/wk. Pay rate: Local - $42/hr. and Traveler: $47/hr. ($1692/wk.) Orientation: 8:45 AM regardless of assigned shift. OT may be available but is not guaranteed and may be offered on short notice. 36-hour weekly guarantee. Candidates may pick up additional OT shifts when available Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: Provide direct nursing care to LTC residents. Administer medications and treatments. Monitor residents and report changes in condition. Assist with patient assessments and care plans. Maintain accurate clinical documentation. Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, and other healthcare staff. Provide compassionate, patient-centered care. Support the team with flexibility when staffing needs change To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience] Active LPN license. LTC/SNF experience preferred. IV certification - indicate on resume if certified. Strong clinical and communication skills. Compassionate and dependable with a strong work history. Every other weekend is mandatory.
